Three years after the mall opened, Apache Office Park began leasing space, as seen in this ad from October 1964:
The Office Park, like Apache Plaza itself, was very modern for its time. An "office building on stilts", it featured parking on the lower level with offices above.
The building is scheduled to be demolished along with the mall in 2004, to make room for new housing units.
